The reason for Bryanston’s boom has to do with its ideal location. Emira Property Fund’s CEO, Geoff Jennet, says that its easy access to the N1 is certainly an attractive feature. Bryanston is also surrounded by other business hubs such as Fourways and Lone Hill making it easily accessible for business meetings and ensuring less time is wasted in traffic and more time spent at the office. 

Knightsbridge will boast stylish interiors, standby generators, resource saving technology, entertainment spaces, a restaurant and boardroom facilities to name a few of their features with their P-grade offices.
