Join the High Ranks of those Letting in Bryanston’s Latest Office Park
With 29,352sqm of GLA office space, leading security measures and an urban forest it’s no wonder that Knightsbridge’s P-grade offices have caught the attention of some significant tenants.
The commercial property is still in its early stages with phase 1 now letting but it has already signed contracts with big names such as the Head Offices of KFC and Pizza Hut Africa which occupy 3,150sqm.
WSP Head Office was one of the commercial property’s first tenants, leasing an office space of 5,800sqm. Resource company, Gold One, is also one of the latest names to join. They bring with them a group of 2,500 employees with plans to grow further as a company.
Real estate investment trust, Emira, who invested in Knightbridge’s redevelopment, based their decision on the fact that Bryanston is now a flourishing business area preferred by blue-chip businesses. In fact, Emira favours the new office space so much so that they’ve announced their intention to relocate to the commercial property themselves.
The reason for Bryanston’s boom has to do with its ideal location. Emira Property Fund’s CEO, Geoff Jennet, says that its easy access to the N1 is certainly an attractive feature. Bryanston is also surrounded by other business hubs such as Fourways and Lone Hill making it easily accessible for business meetings and ensuring less time is wasted in traffic and more time spent at the office.
Knightsbridge will boast stylish interiors, standby generators, resource saving technology, entertainment spaces, a restaurant and boardroom facilities to name a few of their features with their P-grade offices. With high standards and well-known fellow tenants, renting these office spaces will put your business in a certain league. Ready to join the high ranks?
